Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., beverages, food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Products that have been opened.
  • Items not in original condition (damaged/missing parts) not caused by Cold Beverages.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@coldbeveragesl.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@coldbeveragesl.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided in your email. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
